The Epoch LAB is the Institute’s beautiful workshop space.

It’s the gathering place where great creative and innovative work can happen.

A place for workshops, talks, ideas-generation, strategic planning,
and specialised training.

It is also ideal for personal development work including reflection, meditation
or other wellness activities.

Whether you need to present information in a theatre style, use circular tables for small group work activities, sit in the round or network at a stand up function, the space offers many solutions for your needs. This 90m2 workshop spaces offers glass whiteboards, AV Technology, round tables, chairs, yoga mats and meditation seats.

This light filled space overlooks the green tree lined streets of the South Melbourne Markets, that are open on Wednesday and Friday. Participants can enjoy the Markets, Food Courts, Cafes or local Brew Houses for lunch, tea breaks, debriefing or celebrating after their event.

Diverse groups are encouraged to use the LAB, particularly those who are consciously taking steps to build connection, understanding and compassion through their activities. It is well known that workers who meet for think tanks, strategy or training are more engaged with planning and training opportunities that happen away from their regular work site. We welcome you and your team here to be inspired, creative and solution focused for your good work.
